Praying Psalm 9

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with praise and thanksgiving, for You are my refuge and strength, a stronghold in times of trouble. This my praise and thanksgiving Father; I will give thanks to You with my whole heart, and I will recount all Your marvelous deeds in my life.

Lord, as I reflect on Your greatness and majesty, I am filled with awe. You have upheld my cause and defended me against my adversaries. You have brought justice and righteousness into my life, and I am grateful for Your constant presence and protection.

You have been my shelter in the storm, my rock and my fortress. When I have cried out to You in distress, You have heard my prayers and provided comfort and strength.

Lord, I lift up to You my concerns and burdens, knowing that You are always near and attentive to my needs. Help me to trust in Your unfailing love and to walk in Your ways.

I praise You, O Lord, for Your faithfulness endures forever. You reign as King forever and ever, and Your kingdom knows no end. May Your name be exalted in all the earth, and may Your will be done in my life as it is in heaven.

In Your mighty name, I pray, Amen.
