VBV Genesis Chapter 25

Verse 25:30

ASV 25:30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage. For I am faint. Therefore was his name called Edom.

BBE 25:30 And Esau said to Jacob, Give me a full meal of that red soup, for I am overcome with need for food: for this reason he was named Edom.

KJV 25:30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red |pottage|; for I |am| faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

WEB 25:30 Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me with some of that red stew, for I am famished.” Therefore his name was called Edom.†
