How To Pray Scripture
For this example we will use Psalm 91 from WEBV
Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler,
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers.
Under his wings you will take refuge.
His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
and ten thousand at your right hand;
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes,
and see the recompense of the wicked.
9 Because you have made Yahweh your refuge,
and the Most High your dwelling place,
10 no evil shall happen to you,
neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.
11 For he will put his angels in charge of you,
Now we remove the numbers, and bring everything into a personal one on one prayer to God; but we also have to make it more inline with a proper New Testament prayer that does not call for the destruction of our enemies, but for God to destroy the demonic works of our enemies to bring them into subjection to Jesus Christ, His love, His Lordship, and His Saving Grace
Yes this means we are to desire for them to become part of God's Heavenly family. This my bother you to think of them being forgiven for what they have done, and what they will continue to do to you before God brings them to their knees, but remember all the things you did before you came to a knowledge of Jesus's love and forgiveness towards you. Then extend them the same grace and love He has given you to them through you.
Here is a reworded Psalms 91 into a proper New Testament prayer God will answer
Psalm 91
Lord You said He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High

I claim You Lord are my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. to deliver me from the snare of my enemies, and from the deadly pestilence.
Lord Your Word says You will cover me with Your feathers.
Under Your wings I can take refuge. That Your faithfulness is my shield and rampart.
I claim this protection in the name of Jesus Christ; and by His Blood I have a right to it.
Lord You said I shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand; but it will not come near me. I claim this protection in the name of Jesus Christ, and by the power of his Blood Lord.
Lord my God you said in your Word I will tread on the lion and cobra. I will trample the young lion and the serpent under my foot.
and that Because I have set my love on You Lord, therefore You Lord will deliver me. You Lord will set me on high, because I have known Your name (Yahweh).
Father God You also said in Your Word that I will call on You, and You Lord will answer me. You will be with me in trouble. You Lord will deliver me, and honor me. You will satisfy me with long life, and show me Your salvation.
Lord I claim all these promises, and ask You Lord my God to intervene in my situation, rise me above my enemies, cause all their plans against me to fail and return upon them 7 fold. Give me peace in this trouble while I trust in Your timing and Your ways to bring it to an end. Father God strengthen me to endure and to trust in Your salvation and Your deliverance Lord, and not to trust in my own understanding, but to trust in Your love for me, and Your wisdom, and Your timing to solve my issues Lord.
In Jesus name, and by the power of His Blood let it be so
