Here are some key points about the HTV:

Translation Philosophy

The HTV is being written with commitment to both accuracy and readability. It falls into the category of "essentially literal" translations, which means that it seeks to translate the original biblical texts faithfully while also striving for clarity and readability in modern English. This approach makes it suitable for both scholarly study and general reading.

Development Oversight

The HTV translation is being written from the Traditional KJV of the bible and the strong concordance, then compaired to other litteral translation for strict accuracy. Each verse only changes words to match a modern English sentence structure while keeping the accuracy of the original meaning. Once finished each chapter is crossed referenced with other exact translations and original transcripts (via Artificial Intelligence) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the translation; and to fix human typographical errors.

Roots in the KJV

The HTV has its roots in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which was first published in 1611. The HTV is being developed as an easier to read and understand accurate translation.

Literary Quality

The HTV is being written with literary quality and readability. While it does not strive for the same degree of linguistic archaism found in the King James Version (KJV), it maintains an inference reverence for the accurate meaning of biblical text.

Denominational Acceptance

The HTV is being written with the goal of acceptance among various Christian denominations and to be commonly used in evangelical, Reformed, and conservative Protestant churches. We believe it will be appreciated by many individuals for personal study and devotion.

Variety of Editions

The HTV will be available in a variety of editions, including study Bibles, reference Bibles, and editions for specific purposes like outreach and children. This will also include digital versions and audio editions.

Use in Academic and Theological Circles

The HTV is hoped to accepted and used in academic and theological settings because of its commitment to accuracy of the original languages of the Bible. Our hopes is it will be accepted by many seminaries and Bible colleges in their courses.

Gender-Inclusive Language

To keep accuracy while achieving readability, the HTV a gender-inclusive Bible translation seeks to honor the original scripture while also reflecting modern language and promoting inclusivity. This approach retains specific gender references when they are intended, like "husband and wife." When addressing all people or mixed-gender scenarios, gender-neutral terms such as "human(s)", "mankind", or "all people" are used. This balanced approach strives to make the Bible's message accessible to all people (sorry animal cannot read) while preserving its intended meaning and guidance. God’s word is for all people and we will write the translation accordingly. If you disagree with this; please spend time in prayer asking Jesus if you should criticize this philosophy before attacking it (Do not muzzle the oxe).
